Learn from DJs with nearly two decades of DJ experience. We offer group/class or one on one instructions to meet your specific needs whether you’ve never touched a turntable or are a DJ looking to perfect your craft. Our instructors have years of professional experience as Touring/Headlining DJs, Club DJs, Mobile DJs, Radio Mix Shows and have done original tracks, remixes & DJ Mix Compilations for major record labels. We cover every style of music from Hip Hop, House, Mashup, Electro, Trance, Minimal, Dubstep to Drum N Bass. What ever your “flava” is, we’ll teach it.

BEGINNER COURSE!

Course cost is $350 (Early BIrd Sign up $250 – Save $100!)
Classes meet once a week (5 Weeks) for two hours
Included with your tuition, you will also have access (1hr per day) to our studio!!!
Studio times are during regular store hours. *based upon availability. Space is limited.
Enrollment on a first come first serve basis.
Under 18 must have parents approval at time of enrollment.

The Beginner Course is for anyone with little or no knowledge or experience!

Beginner Course
- Basic Music Theory as applied to DJing
- Intro to your DJ Equipment: The Mixer, Turntables & CDJs
- Intro to Beat Matching & Mixing
Upon completion of the course you will have gained:
A basic understanding of Dance music structure & theory.
Know how to comfortably use a DJ Mixer & CDJs basic functions.
Be able to perform basic beat-matched DJ mixes.

Intermediate Course
Advance Mixing, Blending and Programming
Club/Party DJ applications
Creating a Mixtape/Demo
DJing as a business
Upon completion of the course you will have gained:
A fuller understanding of Dance music structure & theory.
Advance understanding of a DJ Mixer & CDJs including samplers/looping,effects and eq functions.
Be able to perform DJ mixes using advanced mixing techniques.
